This spoon is in remarkable condition for its age. It's as close to NOS (new old stock or an item that hasn't been used) as you can get. The sterling silver is vibrant. Any dark areas you see in the photos are from the dark wood beams in our ceiling being reflected in the photo. The handle is in great condition.
